Theme provides version for visually impaired people according to Russian legislation

INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION
------------------------------
1) Install the theme as usual
2) Enable the theme
3) Go to admin/appearance/settings and set "visually impaired" theme (this setting provided by https://www.drupal.org/project/visually_impaired_module)
4) Use custom.css in your files/visually_impaired_theme directory for your custom styles (do not modify style.css)
